MISS JAMES BECOMES BRIDE OF WALTER J. TAYLOR Miss Barbara James of Highlands and Staten Island, N.Y., was mar ried to Walter J. Taylor of Staten Island at an early evening candle light ceremony in Highlands Metho dist Church on Saturday, August ninth. The double ring ceremony was performed by the Rev. Robert Early, pastor. The bride is the daughter of Mrs. Lawton James and the late Mr. James of Highlands. Mr. Taylor is the son of Mr. and Mrs. V/alter J. Taylor, Sr. of Staten Island. The church was decorated with white and yellow flowers, royal fern, ivy, baskets of Shasta daises and ^cca, interspread with seven branched candlelabra holding cathe dral candles.
